Seats and luggage need to work together
A seat count is not a luggage guarantee. Tell us about large suitcases, prams and unusual items so dispatch can consider both passenger space and storage. If you are unsure, call before submitting.

- Count every passenger, including children, before requesting the vehicle.
- Include bulky luggage dimensions and pram details in the notes.
- Put each collection address into the route rather than leaving extra stops only in the notes.

Your fare estimate reflects the addresses, vehicle, passengers, extras and pickup time you select. Check those details before sending the request, and review the payment information shown for your trip.
Payment options may include payment to the driver, Cabcharge/TTSS and eligible online card payment. A non-cash payment surcharge of up to 5% (incl. GST) may apply. The website shows any online payment surcharge before authorisation; no website surcharge is added to Pay to Driver or Cabcharge/TTSS.

How does the form choose a larger vehicle?
The passenger count adjusts the available vehicle selection. From five passengers the form moves to Maxi; from eight, it moves to the 11 seater request.
Is an 11 seater confirmed immediately?
No. It is a request for dispatch to review. Wait for confirmation that the vehicle and trip can be arranged.
Can the group make an extra stop?
Use Add destination for each stop and check their order. Your route and estimate account for the stops entered in the form.
