Fare and booking policiesWhat should I have ready for an airport booking?
Your terminal, pickup date and time, destination, passenger count and luggage details. For an airport pickup, add your flight number and a contact number we can reach you on.
What if my flight arrival changes?
Include your flight number when requesting the pickup. If your plans change, call with your booking reference so dispatch can review the arrangements. A flight number does not guarantee that a driver can wait through an extended delay.
Can I request more room or a baby seat?
Yes. Add your passenger and bag counts and request a baby seat where needed. Maxi accommodates up to seven passengers; an 11 seater and wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available by request. Dispatch confirms the suitable vehicle and availability.
How do fare estimates and payment work?
