Payment options may include payment to the driver, Cabcharge/TTSS and eligible online card payment. A non-cash payment surcharge of up to 5% (incl. GST) may apply. The website shows any online payment surcharge before authorisation; no website surcharge is added to Pay to Driver or Cabcharge/TTSS.

Can I request a pickup from a CBD hotel?
Yes. Enter the hotel address and add its name and preferred entrance in the driver notes. Wait for dispatch to confirm the booking arrangements.
Can the taxi take me to an office before my hotel?
Add the office and hotel as destinations in the booking form, in the order you need them. The estimate will reflect the selected route.
